homemade maple syrup

Spirit Valley, located in northern Wisconsin, is the home of about 8000 Maple Trees from which the tree sap is collected each March and April as it begins to flow up the tree. It is cooked down and bottled in Spirit Valley Maple Syrup labeled jars. It is made in small quantities so that the flavor is captured in each jar. This maple syrup can be used on pancakes, waffles, cereal or ice cream and many other food items.
