"POLICIES"

"Returns" If for any reason you received an unusable jar of our product we will replace it or refund your money. You may be asked to return the jar at our expense by U.P.S. or if any jar is damaged in shipment we will ask you to contact U.P.S. and notify them of the damage and you will be credited for the jar or sent another one - your choice.

"Shipping" We will do everything possible to ship all orders received within 72 working hours of receiving them. Sometimes we will be out of an item. If we are out of an item we will notify you either by e-mail or telephone giving you the option of shipping the order less the out of stock item and shipping the out of stock item when we receive it (usually within two to three weeks), or substituting another item of equal value, or cancelling that item and refunding your credit card the amount of the short item or cancelling the whole order.

"Payments" There are several ways to make payment. We accept Mastercard and Visa Credit Cards. You can make payment right from the shopping cart via a secure portal to our bank gateway. You may call your credit card number to us via an 800 number found when you choose the payment by telepone found in the shopping cart. Lastly you may send us a personal check or money order by mail to the address below or found on the shopping cart when choosing the method of payment by personal check. You will have to wait about 10 days for the check to clear your bank so you should not be in a hurry to receive our products when paying this way.
